"A tightly composed piece that maintains a tension from beginning to end within the space between a gestural language and games of verbal and conscious language . In terms of concept, performance and content, the piece succeeded in conveying with great modesty the purification and minimalism of a deep message within a small and intimate composition. The result was complete, fascinating and full of humor." (The jury's statement on awarding first prize in Israel's Young choreography Biennale 10/9/11)

Translation included and it's extended version, UPDOWNANDAROUND, is a minimalistic solo, straddling the line between gestural physicality and spoken text and the ceaseless flux streaming between these. In a space that is created between presence and reflection, everyday situations and bodily states are stripped down from their obvious, "natural", functions to their elementary components and then recombined. A paradoxical landscape is created, constantly shifting between the artifice and the real, between the said and the done; it is in this in-between zone that the piece unfolds.
Translation included was awarded First Prize in Israel´s Biennale for young choreographers, at the Suzanne Dellal Centre for Dance and Theatre, Tel-Aviv, in September 2011.
